Which to buy, PS3 or Xbox360?

I often get asked the question, “which system should I buy PS3 or Xbox360?” At first I would always reply “Xbox360!” but that was only because I didn’t own a PS3 yet, now it’s a bit harder to answer. Both systems have plus and minuses, and considering a lot of the big game titles come out for both, it’s a tough call.
In this day and age it’s all about the mighty dollar, and when it comes to purchasing a next generation system that can play a major role. Out of the two, Xbox360 is the cheapest. There are three systems available Arcade (199.99), 360 Pro (299.99) and the Elite ($399.99). The PS3 is only available in one system which is the 80GB, for $399.99. If you’re buying used the prices drop, but the 360 is still your cheapest bet at $169.99.
