Great ending to the trilogy

Halo 3 is a really good game from my own experience. Although I must say it doesn't live up to all the hype it was given. But nevertheless its a quality FPS game. Its got nice graphics, nice visuals and a quality feel to it. A great ending to the trilogy although slightly short. Defiantly the best game for the Xbox platform and will rank among the likes of gears of war etc.

Brilliant

It's not the best FPS in the world, but it's definitely up there. Halo 3 boasts a great story that will keep your attention for a little while and will definitely challenge you on the harder modes. But it truly shines in its multiplayer modes. Not only can you play on a large variety of maps, but you can even make your own and share them with your friends! Halo's matchmaking system is also very well done, and ensures that your opponents will be a challenge every time.

Halo is definitely my favorite game of the year.

The end of the line.

Finally confronting the Covenant on Earth for the last stand, the Master Chief must save his home. Starting with an incredible intro only the halo series could pull of your thrust right into battle with the Covenant. Featuring some new enemies as well as old ones, Halo 3 looks to wrap up the trilogy. With some brand new weapons and maps the multi-player is where you'll find the bulk of your time being spent. As Bungie has been perfecting their match-making system since Halo 2 you find that this game is the perfect social experience.
